Self-Portrait

This piece is my self-portrait. I was inspired by a photo of myself and increased the contrast on it to better define the lights and darks. I then used this picture as a guide to draw myself using black charcoal. Charcoal is a medium that I enjoy using often, even though it often gets messy.
